布鲁斯·帕金斯，Bruce Edward Perkins grew up in the 50s and 60s as part of the "Baby Boomer" generation. After graduating High School in 1966, he attended the DeVry Institute of Technology and received a degree in Electronic Engineering and Technology. He then spent four years in the Navy and was stationed at the submarine base at Pearl Harbor.
