Marcus D'Amico，D'Amico was born in Germany to an American father and a British mother. Raised in the U.K. He first performed on London stage in a 1977 revival of Oliver!, moved briefly to Los Angeles in the early 80s, later returning to the British stage. Mostly known for playing Americans on British TV.
