罗伯特·道格拉斯，English actor in UK films from 1936 and US films from 1947. Using a well-modulated voice, he delivered his lines in clipped fashion, retaining his English accent. He was always genteel-mannered, and could portray the sinister, conniving rogue as easily as he could the forthright, proper military officer.
