莎拉·凯特·阿尔萨普，Sarah Kate Allsup was born August 21, 1989 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was very active in high school theatre and later attended Midwestern State University with a theatre scholarship. During her freshman year of college she was part of a comedy improv troupe.
